(800) 218-3578Check the warranty supplied with your exact model and purchase date. Coverage can differ within one brand, between mattresses and bases, and between older and newer purchases. The warranty period is also different from a recommended replacement interval. If you cannot find your document, contact us with the model and order details.
No. Normal settling or a change in comfort is different from a covered manufacturing defect. Each applicable warranty defines the conditions and any indentation threshold. Follow that manufacturer’s measurement instructions; photographs or a measurement alone do not guarantee approval.
Call (800) 218-3578 or email lamattressplus@gmail.com. Have your order details, model information and photos ready if available. We can help identify the applicable warranty and claim route. The manufacturer reviews eligibility and decides the remedy under its terms.
Start with the name used for the purchase, the approximate date and the showroom or online order details. Ask us whether the order can be located. Tell us if the label is missing. Proof-of-purchase and product-identification requirements depend on the applicable warranty; a missing document does not have to stop you from asking for help.
Costs and timing depend on the manufacturer, product and claim. Ask whether inspection, transportation, labor or a prorated contribution applies. Request the proposed remedy, any charges and an estimated schedule before agreeing to service. A normal purchase delivery offer does not automatically apply to warranty work.
Usually these are separate products with separate terms. An adjustable-base warranty may have different coverage periods for parts, labor and the frame. Have the base model, serial number, purchase details and a description of the control or movement issue ready. Follow the owner’s manual and do not open electrical components or attempt unauthorized repairs.
Follow the care and support instructions for your model. Rotation, flipping, slat spacing, center support and adjustable-base compatibility vary. Keep photos of your support setup and check the requirements before changing it. Do not assume another brand’s instructions apply to your mattress.
Eligibility can differ from a new retail purchase. Check the terms and disclosures for that particular item, including original-purchaser and transfer rules. A comfort-exchange exclusion does not by itself determine manufacturer-warranty coverage. Ask us to check your purchase details.
