Ask the local teamCan you deliver from the Koreatown store?
Yes. Local delivery with setup and old-mattress haul-away is free when your merchandise comes to $499 or more after discounts, and $50 below that, within 50 miles of our Western Avenue warehouse. Same-day delivery can be requested before 4 PM for $100. Confirm timing for your address when you order.
Check delivery detailsCan I spread out the payments?
Ask for the current Synchrony terms, eligibility, costs and any initial payment before applying. Approval is not guaranteed. Acima lease-to-own is also available; a $10 California processing fee applies.
Compare payment optionsWhat if my new mattress feels different at home?
We offer a 120-night comfort exchange. After at least 30 nights and within 120 nights of delivery, eligible purchases may be exchanged once for another available mattress in the same bed size. There is no exchange fee. Bring the mattress back and pick up the replacement yourself at no charge, or choose pickup and redelivery by our team for $100 total. This is an exchange, not a money-back trial. Pay any increase for a higher-priced mattress; there is no refund of the difference for a lower-priced mattress. Confirm eligibility and exclusions for your purchase.
