Buying a mattress can feel like a leap of faith. We want you to take that leap with us — so we back every mattress with our Love Your Bed Guarantee: sleep on it for 120 nights, and if it isn't right, we'll exchange it for one that is. No restocking fees, no shipping headaches, no haggling.

How it works

Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights — give your body time to adjust; most people need a couple weeks to get used to a new feel. If after that period the mattress isn't right, contact us anytime within 120 nights of delivery to start an exchange. Our team helps you pick a replacement, schedules pickup of the original, and delivers the new one. We absorb the white-glove logistics.

What's covered

• Every mattress we sell, regardless of brand or price.
• One exchange per purchase — swap once for any other mattress in stock.
• If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.
• Pickup of the original mattress, delivery and setup of the replacement.

What's not covered

• Mattress toppers, pillows, sheets, foundations, and adjustable bases — only mattresses themselves.
• Mattresses showing visible stains, damage, or excessive wear (we need to be able to recycle the original).
• Clearance items marked "as-is" or "floor sample" — these have reduced pricing because the comfort exchange is waived.

Why we offer this

We sleep on the same mattresses we sell, and we've learned that the way a bed feels in a 10-minute showroom test isn't always the way it feels after 30 nights of real sleep. The 120-night exchange takes that risk off the table. We'd rather you end up on the right mattress than feel stuck with the wrong one.
