Buying a mattress from LA Mattress Store? We want you to be comfortable in your new bed. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort level after 30 nights, you’re entitled to a one-time exchange for the same size mattress. For example, if we deliver a full-size mattress and you decide you want a different size, the exchange will only apply to a full-size mattress.
This Comfort Guarantee applies to mattress sets only and excludes warranty exchanges, clearance center purchases, floor models, drop-shipped products, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases, foundations, box springs, furniture, or other accessories. Standard local delivery or pick-up charges start at $100.
All exchanged mattresses are either donated, recycled, or disposed of. We encourage you to choose wisely, and our sales representatives are here to assist you in selecting the mattress that best meets your comfort needs.
