120-Night Love Your Bed Guarantee
Every mattress we sell is backed by our 120-night comfort exchange. Sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights to let your body adjust — the first month is when most new-mattress complaints turn out to be the body adapting, not the bed being wrong. If after 30+ nights it's still not the right fit, you can exchange it for any other mattress in our catalog. We credit the full original purchase price toward the new mattress; pay the difference if you upgrade or receive a refund of the difference if you downgrade. One exchange per purchase. Returns & warranty
All sales are final once delivery is complete, but the Love Your Bed Guarantee above covers comfort-fit issues for 120 nights. Manufacturer defects (sagging beyond spec, broken coils, faulty cover stitching) are covered by each mattress brand's warranty — typically 10 years for innerspring/hybrid, 10-25 years for memory foam and latex. Furniture (foundations, bed frames, headboards) carries a separate 1-year manufacturer-defect warranty. Full terms at Returns.
Low Price Guarantee
Find the same mattress for less at any authorized retailer within 30 days of purchase and we refund the difference plus 10%. Applies to identical model + size in new condition; excludes auction sites and unauthorized resellers. Delivery
Free white-glove delivery anywhere in Los Angeles on orders over $499. Same-day delivery available on orders placed before 4 PM (subject to truck availability — we run multiple routes daily). Standard delivery includes: setup of the new mattress in your room of choice, removal of your old mattress, and free haul-away (we recycle responsibly — your old mattress doesn't end up in a landfill). 0% APR financing
We offer 0% APR financing through Synchrony and Acima on approved credit. Terms vary by purchase amount and financing partner. Application is a 60-second soft-pull at checkout or in any showroom — no impact on your credit score until you choose to proceed. Details at Financing.

Every mattress sold online is on the floor at one of our 5 LA showrooms. No appointment needed — stop by any showroom seven days a week and lie down on whichever models interest you.
