We are proud to provide our customers with top-quality Chattam & Wells Sleep Systems. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is solidly backed by our Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. Kindly note, all legal claims under this warranty must be filed within a year from the incident date.

What’s Covered?

  • Mattress:

    • Body indentations exceeding 1.5", assuming continuous use with a suitable bed frame, and a foundation with no more than 1.5" space between the slats.
    • A central rigid support for Queen and King sets is mandatory.
    • Any issues such as loose, broken, or fabric-penetrating coils or wires.

Keep the label intact as it is required for warranty claims.
