Your purchase of a Stearns & Foster® mattress or non-adjustable foundation signifies your acceptance of these terms. All aspects of this Limited Warranty are applicable to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless prohibited by law. This Limited Warranty provides the purchaser ("Purchaser") with specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also possess other rights that can vary from state to state.
All Stearns & Foster® mattresses and non-adjustable foundations are subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty. For the purpose of this Limited Warranty, the term "product" refers to any Stearns & Foster® non-adjustable foundation and any mattress manufactured by or for Sealy® Mattress Manufacturing Company, LLC ("Sealy"). Sealy® guarantees that, at its discretion, it will replace the Purchaser's defective Stearns & Foster® product sold in the U.S. by an authorized retailer due to faulty workmanship or materials, as outlined in this Limited Warranty. Sealy® assumes no responsibility for the quality of the products, except as provided in this Limited Warranty, and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description provided herein. SEALY® LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This Limited Warranty is only valid in connection with the original purchase of new products from authorized retailers and extends from the original purchase date of the original product. An "original purchaser," as defined in this Limited Warranty, refers to an individual or entity that directly purchases the product from Sealy or an authorized retailer of Sealy with the intention of using the product for personal consumer use, not for commercial or industrial use, and not with the intent to resell the product. An "authorized retailer," as defined in this Limited Warranty, is an individual or entity authorized by Sealy to directly sell products to original Purchasers. An individual or entity that purchases the product from any source with the intent to resell the product is an "unauthorized reseller."
This Limited Warranty does not cover floor models or demonstration samples, or products sold by unauthorized resellers, including but not limited to unauthorized resellers on third-party websites. Unauthorized resellers are not considered "original purchasers" within the scope of this Limited Warranty. If the Purchaser is not the original purchaser of this product, the Purchaser accepts the product "AS IS," "with all faults," and without warranty. If the purchase of this product was not directly from Sealy, proof of purchase will be required to demonstrate that the product was purchased from an authorized retailer, and the Purchaser is eligible to make a valid claim under this limited warranty.

Warranty Period: The warranty period typically ranges from 10 to 25 years, depending on the specific model. The warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
Defects Covered: The Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in a deterioration of the mattress, causing it to sag, lose shape, or experience issues with the support structure.
Exclusions: The Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, changes in firmness preference, or damage caused by improper use, abuse, or inadequate foundational support. It also does not cover stains, burns, or damage resulting from liquid spills.
Inspection and Evaluation: If you believe your mattress has a defect covered by the warranty, you should first contact the retailer from whom you purchased the mattress or Sealy's Customer Service. Transportation and Handling: If a replacement mattress is authorized, any transportation or handling costs associated with the replacement are typically the responsibility of the purchaser.
Limited to Original Purchaser: The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser who bought the mattress from an authorized retailer. It is non-transferable and does not apply to any subsequent owners.
