Yes. Tell us about your space when you order: share stairways, elevator bookings and building access, and the team plans the route and setup. Dates, service and charges depend on your order and the route, so confirm the arrangements for your address when you order.

The 120-night comfort exchange covers that: after 30 nights, one exchange to another available mattress in the same bed size. There is no exchange fee. Bring the mattress back and pick up the replacement yourself at no charge, or choose pickup and redelivery by our team for $100 total. This is an exchange, not a money-back trial; pay any increase for a higher-priced one, and there is no refund of the difference for a lower-priced one. Confirm eligibility and exclusions for your purchase.
