The Estate Ultra Firm is the firmest mattress Stearns & Foster makes in the Estate Collection. The comfort layer is intentionally thin, letting you feel the IntelliCoil HD support system working directly beneath you. This is not a mattress for everyone. It is for sleepers who genuinely prefer a hard, flat surface and find softer mattresses uncomfortable. At 13.5 inches, it is the lowest-profile Estate, keeping the sleep surface closer to the coil system for maximum firmness.

We just purchased a King sized Stearns and Foster Estate mattress. It is very comfortable and very well made. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a new mattress! We have had other products before and this is by far the best mattress that we have ever owned.
I purchased this mattress from PC RICHARDS for my husband who has severe arthritis is his lower back and hips. Unfortunately for me it was like sleeping on boulders on a mountain. I had to go out a purchase a mattress topper so I could get one nights sleep. The only thing I would say IS IF YOU are a senior be careful what you buy.
We bought a S&F mattress 20 years ago and FINALLY decided we needed a new one. Online purchase was simple. Mattress arrived, old one removed. New mattress is same high quality and comfort as our original mattress. We love S&F!
