We offer a 120-night comfort exchange — if your mattress isn't right within 120 nights of delivery, you can exchange it for a different model. This gives you 4 full months to sleep on your mattress at home and decide if it's the right fit.

How the 120-Night Comfort Exchange Works

  1. Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights — Your body needs time to adjust to new support. The first 2-4 weeks may feel different as muscles adapt.
  2. If you're not comfortable after 30+ nights, contact us by phone (800-218-3578) or visit any store location.
  3. Our team will help identify the issue — Often, a different firmness within the same brand solves the problem.
  4. Choose your exchange — Select a different model based on consultant guidance. The exchange must be completed within 120 nights of original delivery.
  5. We deliver the new mattress and remove the old one — Same white glove service as your original delivery.

Conditions and What to Know

  • Minimum 30-night sleep trial before exchange is available — your body needs adjustment time
  • Mattress must be in reasonable condition — normal use is fine; excessive staining or damage may affect exchange eligibility
  • Use a mattress protector — this keeps the mattress in exchange-eligible condition. Protector guide →
  • Comfort exchanges do not carry restocking fees within the eligible window
  • Bedding accessories (pillows, protectors) and adjustable bases may have separate return terms
  • Certain items may be final sale — clearance items and some promotional purchases may have different terms
