What to expect on delivery day

1. Confirmation the day you order — email with your order summary plus an estimated delivery date
2. Scheduling email the day before delivery — your 2-hour arrival window (e.g. "10 AM – 12 PM")
3. Driver text ~30 minutes before arrival — heads-up so you're ready
4. Arrival & setup — typically 15–30 minutes for a single mattress, 30–60 minutes if you're also taking delivery of an adjustable base
5. Old mattress out — wrapped, removed, and loaded onto our truck before our team leaves
6. You're done — sleep on it that night

Apartment delivery: what we handle

LA apartment buildings have their own constraints — narrow staircases, freight elevators with weight limits, doormen, parking restrictions. We deliver to apartment buildings of all configurations across the city without surcharge. Things worth flagging at order time so we can plan:

• Building has only stairs (no elevator) — included, just let us know which floor
• Freight elevator with reservation requirement — give us the building's contact and we'll coordinate
• Doorman building — we'll check in at the desk and ask for direction to your unit
• Narrow door clearances — we can fold king and California king mattresses to fit; flag this in the order notes
• No street parking — we can use a loading zone; flag this so we plan the route

Adjustable base delivery and setup

Buying an adjustable base with your mattress? Our team assembles the base in your bedroom (no boxes left behind), pairs the wireless remote, and tests every position before they leave. Total setup adds 20–30 minutes to delivery time. We can also remove your old box spring/foundation as part of the same delivery at no extra charge.

Outside the LA service area

If you're outside our LA delivery zone, we can still ship select mattresses nationwide via freight carrier, with optional white-glove delivery and old-mattress removal at the destination (added cost). Can you deliver to a 2nd-floor apartment with no elevator?

Yes, no extra charge. Just flag the floor count when you order so we can plan. We carry mattresses up to fourth-floor walk-ups in LA apartment buildings every week.

Will you set up the mattress on my bed frame?

Yes — full setup on your existing frame, foundation, or adjustable base is included. We unbox, position the mattress, and check that everything sits flat before we leave. If you're also buying an adjustable base or a new foundation from us, we'll assemble that too.

What if I'm not home when you arrive?

You'll get a 30-minute heads-up text from the driver. If something comes up, call us and we'll either reschedule the same day, push to the next available window, or — if you have a doorman or a building manager — coordinate with them. We don't leave mattresses unattended at the door.
