We ask that you give it at least 30 nights - your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface. After 30 nights, if you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll arrange a free exchange or return. No restocking fees. We handle pickup at no cost. The 120-night trial applies to all brands and models.
