We should talk about things that matter, like when Joe Perry collapsed on stage from exhaustion, or when Arianna Huffington hit her head from not sleeping, or that our potential president only sleeps 3 hours per night. Reviewing that list, can we learn anything from people in the public eye when it comes to our well-being and health? We can learn a lot. If we weren’t so obsessed with glamour and nonsense perhaps America wouldn’t be one of the most sleep-deprived countries.

What you can do – From pre-workouts to body building, fitness and sports can become a path to a healthier way of life. Take everything that goes into planning a workout and put it towards your sleep routine. You might be a training athlete but you can train your body while getting your beauty rest.
