Mattress Delivery Service | Fast & Reliable

It's important to prepare for the delivery of your new mattress. Before it arrives, keep these key points in mind:

• Ensure the path to the area for the mattress is clear.
• Move items like picture frames and vases to a safe place.
• Keep your pets securely confined to prevent any accidents during delivery.
• Remove any objects from the floor that could cause someone to trip near where the mattress will go.
• If you have an old mattress to dispose of, take off any personal items like sheets and pillows.

Our delivery team sets a 3-hour window for deliveries. If we cannot deliver in that time, we will refund your delivery fee. If you are not home on the delivery day, there will be a charge for the delivery attempt.

A reliable person, at least 18 years old, must be there to sign the delivery documents.

Important Considerations Regarding White Glove Delivery:

• If you have any requests for the White Glove Delivery team, please make them when they arrive.
• The White Glove Delivery staff can only take away mattresses and foundations or box springs. They cannot remove bed frames, headboards, or other furniture. Please remember that we cannot take stained mattresses due to biohazard risks for our delivery teams.
• They cannot move furniture to different rooms in your house. They also cannot assemble or disassemble furniture not bought from LA Mattress Store.
• Once the delivery is complete, the White Glove Delivery team cannot come back to your home.
• They will not handle any returns or follow-up visits.

Our White Glove Delivery service is available in counties in Southern California. This list includes several counties in California. They are:

• Los Angeles County
• Orange County
• San Diego County
• Ventura County
• Imperial County
• Riverside County
• San Bernardino County
• Santa Barbara County
• Kern County
• San Luis Obispo County We also deliver to some areas outside of Southern California.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver to PO Boxes, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. If you need shipping to other locations, please chat with one of our representatives or call us at 1 800-218-3578.

We will use FedEx or UPS to send items like pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and other bed accessories. You won't need to sign anything when they arrive. The delivery service provider and shipping methods may vary based on the destination.

To make things easy for you, you can pick up your items from any of our stores or warehouse for free. Just remember to bring your receipt and a valid photo ID when you collect your order.

In-Store Pick Up/Ship to Store

Once your order is ready for pick up, LA Mattress Store will send you an email confirmation. Please note that some products may not be available at your store right away. They may need to be shipped from our warehouse. These items are usually ready for pick up at your store within 5 to 7 days after you place your order.

Pick Up from Mattress Warehouse in North Hollywood, CA

Our main distribution center is in North Hollywood, CA. You can pick up your items there from Monday to Friday. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

If the LA Mattress Store does not provide you, the buyer, with an estimated delivery date, or if they fail to deliver the item you ordered within two weeks of the projected delivery period, you have several options available to you:

• You may request to cancel the agreement and obtain a refund or receive a credit that matches the amount you initially paid as a deposit.
• You can modify the agreement by selecting a different product.
• You have the option to schedule a new delivery date in coordination with the LA Mattress Store.

However, if the LA Mattress Store is unable to cancel the order with the manufacturer or supplier, they are not required to allow you to exercise these rights, and therefore, they may deny your request.

The delivery fee includes the transportation of items, placing them in the room of your choice, and handling the packaging. However, it does not cover the assembly or setup of the products, nor does it include the removal of any bedding.

Please ensure that you communicate all your delivery requirements to the driver at the time of delivery. It is crucial to understand that once the delivery is completed, the driver will not be able to return to your location if incorrect setup instructions (such as specifying the bedroom) were given by you or the person you appointed for this task initially.

If a customer cancels an order after the goods have been sent, they must pay the shipping costs and a 20 percent handling fee.

Some products cannot use White Glove Delivery. These items will be shipped by UPS or FedEx. Once these orders are shipped, they cannot be canceled.

Please remember that setup help and debris disposal services do not apply to orders shipped this way. Other terms and conditions may also apply.
