Buying a mattress from Los Angeles Mattress Stores? We want you to be comfortable in your new bed.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with the mattress comfort level after sleeping on your new mattress for 30 nights you are entitled to 1 same size mattress exchange. Which means for example if we deliver a full-size mattress and later a customer decides they want a queen size we will only exchange to another full-size mattress, not to a queen king or twin size. This exchange only applies to the first mattress you purchased. Why 30 nights? Sometimes it may take up to 30 nights to get properly acclimated to your new mattress. You can exchange to a mattress of equal or greater value paying the difference in cost of the original mattress selected and new mattress. If the customer chooses a less expensive mattress we do not credit back.
This Comfort Guarantee applies to mattress sets only and is not applicable to warranty exchanges, clearance center purchases, floor models, drop shipped products, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases, foundations, box springs, furniture or other accessories.

All exchanged mattresses are either donated, sold to businesses that can recycle materials or simply disposed of resulting in a total loss. So we ask our customers to do their best in selecting a mattress as we will do our best to assist customers to choose a mattress that will satisfy their comfort needs.
