Refund Policy

Although all sales are final, we understand that it may take some time to adjust to a new mattress. That's why we offer a one-time Comfort Exchange within 120 days of delivery. If you find that your first selection is not the right fit, you can exchange it for another mattress of the same size. There is a $100 processing fee for this exchange, and if you choose a more expensive mattress, you will be charged the difference. If you exchange your mattress for one at a lower cost, you will not receive a refund for the price difference. In some cases, a restocking fee may also apply. Additionally, it's important to refer to your warranty if you have any issues with your mattress. Most mattresses come with a warranty that covers certain defects or problems that may arise, so be sure to read and understand the terms of your warranty.
