Discontinued models are also new and unused. Floor models are display mattresses that customers have tested in our showrooms. They are not "used" in the traditional sense — they receive no overnight use — but they are not factory-sealed. Each floor model is professionally sanitized, inspected, and comes with a mattress protector. All sale mattresses carry their full manufacturer warranty unless otherwise noted.

Floor model sales are final — they are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a structural defect.
