Yes, we offer free white glove delivery on mattresses, bed frames, and mattress sets for orders over $499 within our Greater Los Angeles delivery area. Tempur-Pedic mattresses and all small accessories (pillows, sheets, mattress protectors) also ship free regardless of order size.
White glove delivery includes delivery directly to the room of your choice, full mattress setup and installation, adjustable base assembly if applicable, and packaging removal. Our team will call you to confirm a 3-hour delivery window. If we miss that window, your delivery fee is refunded.
Yes, we offer free old mattress and box spring removal with every white glove delivery in our Southern California service area. Please note that we cannot remove stained or unsanitary mattresses due to biohazard regulations. We cannot remove bed frames, headboards, or other furniture.
Our white glove delivery service covers 10 Southern California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Ventura, Imperial, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Kern, and San Luis Obispo. We also deliver to select areas beyond Southern California.

Yes, a responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present at the time of delivery to sign the delivery documents. If no one is home at the scheduled delivery time, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Yes, free customer pickup is available at any of our store locations or from our warehouse in North Hollywood, CA (7356 Ethel Ave). Bring your receipt and a valid photo ID. Warehouse hours are Monday through Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Closed Sundays and major holidays.
Yes, our white glove delivery team will set up and install your adjustable base at no additional cost as part of the delivery service. This applies to adjustable bases purchased from LA Mattress Store.
No, for biohazard safety reasons, our delivery team cannot remove mattresses that are stained or unsanitary. If your old mattress has stains, you will need to arrange separate disposal.
