What should I remove from my diet?

White breads that we eat most often at bedtime should be avoided. Sweets, white rice, honey, beans, baked potatoes, French fries, cornflakes and popcorn are not recommended. Beer and other alcoholic beverages as well as beverages with caffeine should also be avoided before bedtime. Late sip of coffee or coca-cola does not contribute to good sleep, because their effect on the brain lasts several hours.

What can we eat at bedtime?

For dinner, we recommend dishes with a delicate flavor, which certainly does not include spicy, even tastier, finer chips. Sharp spices and too greasy foods should also be left out of the evening diet, because instead of resting, the organism spends energy to digest them. Wholemeal bread, brown, yellow or green lentils and vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, celery, zucchini, etc.) are very suitable. Natural yoghurts and low-fat forms are also recommended.
