Los Angeles Districts California, USA La Brea Park (La Brea - Tar, after the caves near the La Brea), is a large residential area in the magnificent Milwaukee California area of Los Angeles. It is 1825 apartments, located in eighteen 13-storey towers and thirty-two-storeyed "living in a garden", this is the largest residential complex in the west of the Mississippi River in the United States. It is located 160 hectares (0.65 sq km) with land plots. La Brea Park limits the 3rd Street to the north, east of Cocani Avenue, 6th Street, to the south and west of Fairfax Avenue. The complex is distinguished by an octagonal street plan, with many motorways, 45 degrees of movement compared to English street network. The arrival of the Spanish in the 1780s and placement of the indigenous population in the area later became part of the Parc la Brea area, part of the Rancho La Brea land grant, and remained in 20, mainly for agriculture and oil production for 20 centuries. In the 1920s, the rise of Hollywood and Wonderland created desirable residential development centers for adjacent districts, but the high-rise residential towers that gave the district, the current name was built later in 1944-1948.
