Mattress Store in Country Club Park

Country Club Park refers to the previous use of the area. In 1897, the Los Angeles golf club created a 9th hole on Pico and Alvarado Streets Windmill Links: The excitement inspired the organizers to move west, and in 1899 the club moved to Pico and western (in the corner now called Country Club Park). The training stayed there until 1910, when he moved to Holmby Hills. After moving from the Los Angeles Golf Club to the west, Isaac Milan and partner George Chase divided the property into large homes and private houses. Country Club Park reached the 1920s, and the houses were built in recent architectural styles: Artisan, Tuder revival, Spanish colonial revival, colonial revival, and Mediterranean rebirth. In 2010, the area was designated as the Los Angeles Historical Reserve, due to the large number of inhumane buildings in the early stages of Los Angeles development.
