At night, stop drinking alcohol and do not smoke. Both at bedtime and in the case of night wake-up.
Try to lie to bed at the same time, even over the weekend. If you sleep once and suddenly change, it is very likely that your body will not let you fall asleep.
Sleep preparation
Before you go to bed, ensure a room temperature of between 18-20 degrees, minimize noise and darken the windows.
If you are having trouble sleeping, definitely restrict any other activity in the bedroom, such as watching TV, working on the computer or reading. Stay on bed only for sleep.
